Introduction
In the third year of the undergraduate program, two courses of four weeks each are available. While both courses make an attempt to contextualize modern medicine and health care, their focus is different. In MH1 the focus is on collective health care, in MH2 on individual health care. After a general introduction, seven topics will be dealt with: medical research, scarcity in health care, prevention, the doctor patient relationship, the end of life, medical technology and the beginning of life.
